My son took a fall at the playground on Mother's Day and hurt his wrist pretty badly. We called the office and they took us right away to be seen. Everyone in the office was so caring and understanding and gentle-- which was so helpful as my son was processing the trauma and pain and there waa alot going on for all of us emotionally and physically. The xrays were tajen and showed/confirmed a fracture. PA Lynch put my son into a splint and helped connect us with an orthopedic specialist for further care. This place is a local gem; grateful we have found it!! We avoided an emergency room visit to a hospital on Mother's Day and got A++ care at this Urgent care with PA Lynch.

Cleanest and nicest urgent care clinic I’ve ever been in. Girls who work there were so kind. extremely efficient, no waiting, and I felt like they really really cared about why I was there and what I was doing. Would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

PA Lynch was a gem. Appreciate the time she took with me to carefully go over IV options. She is caring and attentive and i could tell her heart is in the work she does. We need more medical professionals like her. I am glad i stumbled upon this practice and will be back.

I highly recommend this urgent care facility. Staff is courteous, I was seen promptly and was very satisfied with the level of care I received. It is clean and modern. Beautiful location, very convenient for my family.

Better than expected. Staff were excellent… receptionist, medical assistant, Nurse Practitioner. They took their time explaining all procedures. Didn’t feel rushed. Facility is spotless and decor is perfect… understated and peaceful, including holiday decorations. Grateful to have this service so close to home.

My first experience there was great. Good care, pleasant staff, great doctor! I even wrote a review which I seldom do. Unfortunately this review won't be as positive. I made an appointment on line, called to confirm and was told it was confirmed for 9am. At 8:15 I received a call stating the doctor had a Telemed and wasn't available until after 12:00. This happened to 2 people I referred there. When I asked why if it is a Walk-In and if I had just walked in, what would they have done. She quickly responded that she would have told me the same thing. If this is a Walk In Urgent Care Facility there should be a doctor available to see patients if you want this business to grow and succeed. It is a state of the art office but none of that matters if there is no one there to see a patient who needs to be seen. I understand emergencies happen but this is the 3rd time the same answer was given. Very disappointed.

The staff was very kind and caring. It’s no fun being sick, but they took good care of me and made the whole experience much better. The service was so much more than I expected from an urgent care.
